Stitched stuff so far...

These are some of the Stitched things I have finished. I'm working on more, but having a busy toddler to look after is hampering my efforts somewhat!

Hand appliqued Cockerel & Chickens on cotton canvas.

Denim stuffed toy Elephant with applique & button details.

Stuffed toy penguins with applique & bead details. (I love these little guys!)

I'm planning on doing some toy owls, & am working on an owl cushion cover design.

Also gearing up to Christmas now, so planning some Christmas decorations. Possibly gingerbread men as have some ginger/brown felt that is begging to be used up!

What is this Blog?

Thought I'd best start off with a bit about what this blog is for!

I am using it mainly as a way of showing you all what I do when I'm bored! My 'Stitched' work consists currently of a few cushions & some toys. I have more things designed & a couple of projects on the go. Ultimately I think I will probably be trying to sell some of these items.

I also bake a fair bit so from time to time there may be some cakes and such! I also paint occasionally & I am currently working on an illustrated children's book. Although I will be keeping that one close to my chest just in case I actually manage to finish it & get it published!

I'll try & update it as often as my 2 year old will allow!
